Welcome to this stunning 75 sq. meters apartment, located on the first floor of a beautifully renovated building, just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria metro stop or the A.U.E.B. University of Athens. The apartment was fully renovated in 2019, and it offers easy access to the city center and the Acropolis Hill, which are only 4 stops or 8 minutes away by metro. Additionally, the apartment is easily accessible from the airport or port, making it a perfect starting point for your Athens adventure. Surrounded by shops, banks, restaurants, and bus stops, everything you need is within a minute's walk from your doorstep. You will be renting one out of the two bedrooms, with exclusive use of a spacious bedroom that features a comfortable double bed, an air conditioner for both heating and cooling, a desktop, and a lovely balcony that offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number) There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs).
