Description

All bills are included. No deposit, no extra costs. The price is for the room, not per person. If you are 2 people, the rent is the same and you can have a double bed, if not already busy. The apartment is at ground floor and it's located at 10 minutes walk by Piazza Vittorio, the historical center,5 minutes by Palazzo Nuovo University. Supermarkets, bus stops, bars, Po river park and an open air market everyday are all at less than 50 mt. by the doorstep. The neighborood is very quiet, almost no car passing during the night. You have rights to use all the apartment, kitchen included. The bathroom is shared. You can enter at any day of the month. There is no internet at the moment. I am a 38 years old "guy", I play guitar and I'm a sociable person with a positive attitude. I don't live in the apartment...
