This apartment is a perfect combination of Viennese charm and modern spirit. It is designed for 2-3 people, considering the sofa bed. It offers a kitchen with a cosy bar, a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with queen-size double bed, a living room with double sofa bed and TV, and a separate toilet. Of course it is fully equipped (software, cutlery, tableware, towels, coffee machhine; fridge, dishwasher, oven, wasching machine, ...). There is floor heating in bathroom, toilet and entrance and the flat is tastefully furnished with bed, sofa, table, chests, carpets, TV and Internet. The apartment is on the first of two floors, windows head to a dead end street, which a tree in front of the window. So it is not loud. Please note that the deposit for a long therm rent, is (approximately) one months rent (1000 Euro) and is to be transferred before or on the date of move-in....
