The apartment is located right in the center of Brussels (50m from La Bourse, 500m from Metro De Brouckere and 1 km from Central Station) on a pedestrian area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The price of the room includes ALL charges (including wifi + washing machine). Registration is possible if you sign for a 6 month- contract. Conditions: Only 1 pers. per room + 1 month deposit - Each apartment has its own internet connection + kitchen + bathroom + toilet + washing machine. - You have to share the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with 3 other pers. - All rooms are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a nightstand and a lamp. - We provide a blanket, a pillow and bed sheets but not the towels. - You have to manage with your roommates for the weekly cleaning. - You must take knowledge of the Internal Regulations....
