It has been completely redecorated, it is a very cozy space, the perfect place for a couple or family. With a capacity for 4 guests, the apartment has a special configuration, with open spaces making the most of the space, enjoy an unbeatable stay! As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A large area divided into four parts: - One part is the living room with a sofa, working area, and amenities such as TV & Wi-Fi. - Down a few steps you will reach the kitchen and dining area, with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. - Above the kitchen is a mezzanine with a cozy double bed which is accessed by wall stairs from the living area. - To the left, down another flight of stairs, you will find a sleeping area with a double bed. - A bathroom with a bathtub. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Services and common areas - Guests have access to the entire property, which has no intermediate doors (only in the bathroom). - Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. - The property has electric radiators and air conditioning.
