If you are going to rent a studio with a start date before April 1, 2023, you will receive a € 250.00 rent discount on the basic rent. This applies to both furnished and unfurnished studios. We have several independent studios available immediately. The studios are equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the studios are fully upholstered and furnished, so you can move right in. The studios are located in one of three buildings on the property. In the m(hidden)uilding, there is a large common room that all residents can use. There is also a launderette in the m(hidden)uilding. For this, you install the Pay2Wash app, so that you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee. The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. You can reach Maastricht Central Station within 10 minutes by bus. In addition, there is a small shopping center nearby, including a supermarket and a drugstore. The shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. You are within 3 minutes by bike on the grounds of Maastricht University. We hope to welcome you soon to this complex!
