If you don’t call, we may not arrive on time. ✅ Quiet Hours: From 22:00 to 08:00, guests must be calm. No parties are allowed. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. If the police arrive or neighbors call authorities due to disturbances, you may be evicted or fined. ✅ Check-in: Conducted at our office. Keys will be handed over, and a rental agreement must be signed. Without signing, access is not permitted, and the reservation will be canceled. ✅ Guest Limit: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may stay. Minors are not allowed, and only the contract holder can collect the keys. ✅ Check-out: Departure is at 10:00 am. If the apartment is not left tidy, an extra cleaning fee will apply. Payment is due at check-in.
