Hello everyone, From now onwards there is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment available for up to 6 months. It is located in the 14th district in Kendlerstraße. The U3 Stations Kendlerstraße or Hütteldorferstraße and the tram Nr. 10 and 49 are just 3 minutes away. You will also find a lot of shops near by in Hütteldorferstraße. The apartment is on the 1st floor and all the windows are towards the patio. There's no noise from the street. The apartment is fully furnished with a 1,40 bed, a large wardrobe, a pull-out couch and a dining table including 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). There's a bathroom with a bathtub a sink and a washing machine and a seperate toilet. Bedsheets and towels are provided too. No smoking allowed, pets negotiable. A registration as secondary residence is possible. The deposit is € 2360,-- which you will get back in the end of everything is fine.
