The apartment is on the 1st floor and all the windows are towards the patio. There's no noise from the street. The apartment is fully furnished with a 1,40 bed, a large wardrobe, a pull-out couch and a dining table including 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). There's a bathroom with a bathtub a sink and a washing machine and a seperate toilet. Bedsheets and towels are provided too. No smoking allowed, pets negotiable. A registration as secondary residence is possible. The deposit is € 2360,-- which you will get back in the end of everything is fine.
