During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca). Security deposit We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to one month rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card.
