Jai eu un dégât des eaux et en attendant le paiement de l'assurance et la réalisation des travaux( tâche sèchent sur la tapisserie molletonnée) , je baisse le loyer a 420eur tout compris. ( eau, electricité, wifi, les différentes taxes...) Un supplément de 10 eur mensuel est demandés pour l'assurance habitation les lignes de bus n: 5, 52, c3 sont a coté de l'appartement. la colocation est composé de 2 hommes( cinquantaine et trentaine d'années) ils travaillent tôt le matin. je reste a votre disposition pour tous renseignements complémentaire.
