I rent a room in a 70-square-meter apartment in Florence, ideally for 2 people, one for each room. The apartment consists of two large rooms, a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, equipped with double beds, closets and desks as well as air conditioning. The shared kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances for convenient cooking. There is one shared bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Florence, within walking distance of the city's main places of interest, including Parco delle Cascine. There is a parking inside the apartment complex protected by an automatic barrier Utilities are calculated on a pay-as-you-go basis. Included in the rent are the "spese condominiali". At the check-in is required an administration fees of 50€ per month of stay Due to COVID-19 regulations, all rooms must be delivered freshly painted and sanitized. Rooms are handed over in this condition, and after the stay, they must be returned in the same manner – painted and sanitized – to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Students enrolled at the university must provide proof of enrollment and specify their faculty at the time of application.
