Located on the second floor with no elevator, it offers central heating, air conditioning, dehumidifier, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer combo, 50 inch Smart TV and Wifi. Comes with beddings, towels and basic kitchen needs. The rental contract will be signed at a local real estate attorney office. Please note there is a cost for the contract and for the registration with the Italian Revenue Agency. The owner pays 50% of this costs. The rental price is Euro 1000 and the monthly expenses are as follow: Water euro 23 (fixed cost) Wifi euro 20 (fixed cost) Condo fees and trash euro 57 (fixed cost) Electricity and heating are paid separately Electricity is about Euro 40 a month Heating goes from Mid October to mid April it can be anything from Euro 60 a month and above according to usage. TOTAL FIXED COSTS EURO 1100 Electricity variable and never exceeded euro 50 a month Heating variable TOTAL RENT Euro 1100 + electricity and heating HEATING varies on usage. Each heating element has a counter so it is possible to check usage monthly, weekly or even daily. It is also possible to see how each room uses. To split the rent equally the small bedroom costs Euro 525 and the large bedroom Euro 575. During the winter months ( mid October to mid April) expect to pay around Euro 150 a month for the entire apartment....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
