It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops). Apartment located on the third floor. It has three bright bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area. High-speed WiFi included (up to 185.-€ amonth). .We ask for a two months security deposit. The price of the room includes high speed wifi. Electricity and water are paid separately, 60.-€ aprox. each month. There is no cleaning service included and it is mandatory to get at least nine hours a month, this is 90.-€ a month for 9,5 hours, the cleaning lady comes 4,5 hours two times a month and you have to pay her directly (she charges 10.-€ the hour). So each student pays her 30.-€ a month. During the summer (july and august) you can book the apartment monthly but during the school year the minimum stay is 10 months, from september 1st to june 30th. All bedsheets can be ordered if you wish when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them, the price is aprox 60.-€. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
