The apartment is located in Vienna's basement. + Free WiFi + Smart TV (can be used with your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account etc.) + fully equipped kitchen + Nespresso coffee machine including capsules The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The facility is new and of high quality - was refurbished in 2022. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, various cooking utensils...). You can rent a garage parking space if required. A deposit of €150 is required for the garage opener. Of course you will get this back :) Location: The apartment is 700 meters from the Wiener Stadthalle, 1.7 km from Schönbrunn Palace, next to the main train station "Westbahnhof". In the building is also a supermarket, around the apartment are many restaurants and bars. In 2023, Vienna was once again voted as most livable city. Willkommenskapsel Die Wohnung ist mit Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist neu und hochwertig - wurde 2022 neu eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet (Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, diverse Kochutensilien...). Einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz kannst du bei Bedarf mieten. Für den Garagenöffner ist eine Kaution von 150€ zu hinterlegen. Diese bekommst du selbstverständlich retour :) Lage: Das Apartment ist 700 Meter von der Wiener Stadthalle entfernt, 1,7km vom Schloss Schönbrunn. Der Westbahnhof befindet sich ebenso in der Nähe.
