It features two comfortable bedrooms with 1,60m double beds, a sitting and dining room together with the fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony where you can enjoy sunny mornings. You will also find 3 TVs, 3 air-conditions, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine located in the common building area. Located close to the center, the apartment is ideal for those who want to experience life in the city but still keep their peace and quiet. The flat is surrounded by multiple parks, and shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. You can reach the center both by foot and by public transport, as there is a metro station and multiple buses nearby and the area is well-connected to the rest of the city. Please keep the following in mind: - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is prohibited - the security deposit will be kept in case the tenant smokes. - Free cleaning services for stays of more than 1 month. - There is no elevator.
