It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and ceramic hob. This room is ideal for students and young international workers. Ruzafa is the trendy Valencian neighbourhood, full of activity, a fantastic option for going out. The area is very well connected by public transport with a metro station and a bus stop that connects you to the different lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walk, and connects you to the main universities, the city centre, and the beach. The neighbourhood is full of shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, gyms, so the offer is very wide. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25€, the difference will be paid separately.
