Habitación con dos camas individuales, y aire acondicionado. Amplia zona de armarios entre dormitorio y baño. Cocina equipada vitro, campana extractora, microondas, nevera, menaje de cocina (platos, vasos, sartenes etc. ) y lavadora. Amplio baño con plato de ducha. Situado en un edificio con piscina y portería física 24 horas al día todos los días del año, a escasos pasos de Paseo de Castellana y a 3 minutos de Estación de Chamartín (Metro Línea 1 y 10, Renfe Cercanías, AVE, etc..) y multitud de autobuses, comercios, supermercados, restaurantes, gimnasios y a 5 minutos de las 5 torres y el Instituto de Empresa. Se alquila para estancias temporales (trabajadores, estudiantes etc. ) hasta un año. Gastos de electricidad, calefacción central, aire acondicionado central, agua e internet por 100€/mes. Opcional limpieza del apartamento con cambio de sábanas y toallas dos veces al mes por 100€/mes. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio (según disponibilidad) por 100€ al mes. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
