The apartment is suitable for someone who is easy-going, decent and respectful of the property and furnishings. I am passionate about cleanliness, and therefore we ask that you help keep the place tidy. The apartment, including your room, will be professionally cleaned once a month. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with a 10-25 minute walking, biking, or public transport distance to the city center, Erasmus University, and the famous lake and forest (Kralingse Plas). As a remote Product Manager in tech, I spend most of my time either in Copenhagen (hence the Scandinavian design), my second home, or traveling abroad for months at a time. This means that you will most likely be living with just one other roommate. The rooms are already furnished, so you don't need to worry about bringing in large pieces of furniture. The usage costs, mandatory cleaning fees, and insurance are all excluded from the rental price. At the apartment, we have some simple house rules, such as taking off shoes when entering, no parties, no eating on the couch, turning off lights and doors when not in use, and not playing loud music early in the morning or late at night. We encourage socializing, and it is always a pleasure to have friends over and enjoy each other's company.
