This tiny cozy apartment in Prague consists of the main room with a new kitchen unit with appliances (small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, basic utensils), convertible bed with 2 x mattress (80 cm x 200 cm = 160 cm width), wardrobe, work desk with chair and lamp and other small decorations, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In a house on the ground floor is a shared loundry with a washer/dryer for NO extra charge.The apartment spans approximately 17m2. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy, water utilities, etc.). and the standard contract is for one year with the possibility to extend or cancel earlier without penalties. Because we are the owners of all our properties, you don’t pay any commissions. A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license. Location: The apartment is located in the city center, so all civic amenities are near the house - restaurants, groceries, banks, delicatessens, butchers, drugstores, cafes, clinic, pharmacy, KFC, MC Donalds, Starbucks, Tesco, Billa, Albert, household goods, farmers market on Tylovo Square. Furthermore, public transport can be reached easily: there is a tram stop (lines 22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6), metro I.P. Pavlova (Red C line), and more. Near the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University (1 LFUK), University of New York Prague. In conclusion, this is a great choice for everybody who wants to enjoy Prague's city center!
