Description

Room for 1 female senior/master or PhD student or working at preferable HBO or academic level. In a popular neighbourhood in Delft, 10 minutes biking from the University, we have a very nice house for 3 female tennants, the house all renovated and modern. The house is Ternatestraat 21, Delft. So it’s not a students flat. There’s a neighbour (a lovely elderly lady) in a separate house on the groundfloor. Our house: front door and small hall with stairs to our floors. first floor: a very large and light shared living-dining room, open kitchen, toilet. 2nd floor has a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a washingbasin, a seperate toilet with bidetfunction, washing basin, cupboard. A laundryroom with washing machine (included) and drying facilities, a rather large balcony/roofterrace, newly renovated, three bedrooms. Two rooms are 16.15 m2 and 12 m2. The top studio of 27 m2 is available as of January 1 2024. The rooms on the 2d floor are already taken by Annemieke from The Netherlands, and the room on the frontside on the second floor is taken by Jack from Argentina. Both will be selecting, with me as owner, (but not inhabitant) which young woman will be the lucky one to rent one of our rooms. Solarpannels on the roof provide less costs for electricity. actually, in 2023 no costs as all. We want to keep all three of you safe and sound, so no smoking inside of the house. The room costs 700 euro per month, furnished, (GEW, internet and services excluded, that will be a downpayment of about 120 euro per month, on a basis of real use of the whole house, divided by three) The payment will be before the first of the coming month. The first month the payment consists of 700 euro rent, 120 euro downpayment gas, water, electricity, internet, and 700 euro deposit (returned after leaving the room in the same state you found it and no other damages) and the fee for housinganywhere. All 11 months after that it will be 700 euro plus downpayment of 120 for GWE, internet and service. If there has been less usage, the overpaid will be returned, divided among the three tenants. More usage will be charged as well. The kitchen and the studio have been renovated completely, one and a half year ago). The balcony was renovated this year. Every year the rent will be adjusted to Dutch rental law. Charlotte Icke-Lemmen...

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. If you don't have a subscription yet, you can buy one in a few clicks.
  3. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  4. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  5. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  6. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
