Booking request has to start from November 1st 2022 with minimum 6 months stay Very nice and cosy studio in a quiet neighboroud with a balcony overlooking a garden. The apartment is close to the U-bahn Hansaptlaz & the S-bahn Bellevue which makes it well connected to most districts of Berlin. A few steps to the station, and then one stop to Zoolischergarten, or one stop to HB main train station. It is a very nice place to be in the summer, as Tiergarten is a few steps away. Easy access from the airport (direct S-bahn!) as well as Central Station. Hansaviertel is a small village in the middle of Berlin: excellent connections to both sides of the city but still cosy & welcoming. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony overlooking a garden. Ideal for a couple, a student, a consultant, or a new comer to Berlin ! The apartment is not suitable for 3 people or more. If you have pets, we can discuss. The apartment is fully furnished, ready to move-in. The balcony is very nice to have coffee or lunch as it overlooks the garden. You can plant flowers, it is wide enough. Washing machine, micro wave and oven included. You can view the location on google map. Nespresso machine in the complete new renovated kitchen ! Rules: smoking is only allowed on balcony, only small pets allowed, max 2 persons. Please no party to respect the neighbors. Important: Photos have been taken in February 2023. Most furnitures have been purchased in 2022. Mattress and bed linens are from Februay 2023. Floor has been changed in February 2023 Kitchen has been installed in November 2022 Bathroom has been installed in February 2023...
