En zona hay un autobús directo a la facultad de Leioa de la universidad UPV-EHU. Es una tercera planta sin ascensor. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas, con cama grande. El alojamiento esta en una zona con comercios y todos los servicios cerca.
