Das Haus liegt fußläufig ( 2 Min) zum Naturschutzgebiet, der Rheinaue mit Strandpromenade. Ein beliebtes Örtchen bei Kölner Insidern. Es liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Endhaltestelle der Linie 16 entfernt, mit welcher man in genau 8 Minuten am Dom und in 23 Minuten an der Uni ist. Die Autobahn ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Großsupermärkte, Kiosk, Bäckerreien, Dönerbude, Post, Krankenhaus und die Bushaltestelle & Bahnhaltestelle sind in ca 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Internet, Strom, Heizung, usw, also SÄMTLICHE Kosten sind in der jeweiligen Pauschalmiete je nach Zimmer wahl bereits enthalten. Domizil- Anmeldung Möglich , Private Hausratversicherung ist erwünscht und ab 3,50 Euro mtl erhältlich. Die Zimmerbelegung ist auf einzelne Personen ausgerichtet. Eine mehrfachbelegung durch weitere Personen ist nicht gewünscht. Nichtraucher und Nichttrinker sind willkommen. Für Rückfragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung!
