The room is available from 1 January- 31 December 2026. The kitchen and bathroom and toilet of course, can be used. The lobby is an entrance that can be used. I already finished my studies. I live in the other room, and I might not be here, depending on my job. I will be here for a couple of months. Sometimes I am on business travel. The rent is 640 Euro monthly energy costs included, + 450 Euro Deposit. Ich habe mein Studium bereits abgeschlossen, ich wohne im anderen Zimmer, und ich bin vielleicht nicht hier, abhängig von meinem Job. Ich werde hier sein, aber ein paar Wochen nicht.
