Todos los suministros (electricidad, calefacción, agua e internet) incluidos en el precio. 21€ al mes por limpieza semanal de zonas comunes. Se da acceso a una APP donde se controlan los pagos mensuales, incidencias y mantenimientos, la limpieza etc. Se pide un mes de fianza y un mes de honorarios (más iva)...
