The room we offer is located in a flat very well connected to the city center with several buses and two nearby metro lines. We are at 20 minute walking from the city center. The apartment has 4 rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms and the other is a study. The room we rent is about 9 square meters and has the furniture that you can see in the photos (bed, wardrobe and nightstand). There is a bathroom at your disposal and a studyroom to share. We would like to share a pleasant environment where you can feel comfortable and where you can study and relax: that is why expect you have your social life outside the apartment. We would also like discretion and respect for our neighbors. Gas, water and electricity are not included in the monthly fee. We ask for a guarantee for the same amount from the beginning, which you will receive when you leave the apartment. All this and what may interest you, we want to incorporate it in a short document that we will let you know if you are interested and that we would sign in the event of an agreement. My 24-years-old son and I live in the apartment: her; he has already finhished his Master en Bioengeneering; he also is studying music at the conservatory of Badaalona.
