We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 💰 Costs & Fees 🔹 Admin / Agency Fee: €120 (One-time payment). 🔹 Security Deposit: Required upfront. It cannot be used to pay for the final period of the stay. 🔹 Final Cleaning Fee (Mandatory): €120 (Automatically deducted from the security deposit at check-out). 🔹 Weekly Cleaning Service (Optional): €50/month (This is a voluntary service the tenant can request, separate from the final cleaning fee). 🔑 Check-in & Check-out Policies 🔹 Standard Check-in: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM. 🔹 Out-of-Hours Check-in: €40 surcharge. 🔹 Check-out: Strictly before 12:00 PM (Midday). 🔹 Late Check-out Penalties: €50 (up to 4 hours late), €120 (more than 4 hours late).
