The minimalist bed, equipped with a high-quality mattress, ensures exceptional comfort. We know how essential rest is for our guests, which is why we have paid particular attention to the choice of mattresses for our rooms. Apartment: The entire apartment, consisting of 7 rooms, has been designed with comfort and design in mind to ensure a pleasant coexistence between 7 students. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with 7 shelves (1 per tenant) which offers all the necessary space. The living area, adjacent to the kitchen, is characterized by an elegant round table and colored chairs. The 4 bathrooms, one of which is exclusive, are all equipped with a shower. At the disposal of the tenants, there is also a modern washer dryer, eliminating the need to hang out. The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.
