From March 1st onwards there is one beatiful room available in a fully furnished shared student apartment in the 4th district, in Graf Starhemberggasse. The U1 stop Südtirolerplatz and the bus 13 A are just around the corner. You will also find a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet. The room costs € 400 plus 60€ for internet, heating and electricity per month. The deposit is 920€. No smoking and no pets allowed The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.
