The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet. The room costs € 400 plus 60€ for internet, heating and electricity per month. The deposit is 920€. No smoking and no pets allowed The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.
