Dear students, from September 1st onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 11. district of Vienna, on Simmeringer Hauptstraße. The tram Nr. 71 is just 1 minute away and you will also reach the U3 Enkplatz in just 2 walking minutes. There are a lot of shops near by and also a beautiful park within walking distance. At the moment only male students live there. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet and a seperate toilet. The contract for the room is for 5 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice. The total monthly rent including all bills is EUR 560,- The deposit is EUR 1120,- and is due upon signing the contract. The contract only becomes legally binding once the deposit has been paid.
