Hello everyone! From February 1st onwards there is 1 room available in a beautiful spacious apartment in Hofzeile in the 19th district. The apartment has 4 bedrooms in total. The tram 37 or 38 and the Bus 10A are just 4 walking minutes away. By tram you can get to the City Center in around 15 Minutes. You will also find a lot of shops near by on Döblinger Hauptstraße. The room is furnished and can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a seperate toilet and a storage room. The rent is 540€ per month plus an additional 70€ for utilities. The contract is for 5 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice.
