Access is via a staircase, as the apartment is not served by an elevator. Cala Porta Vecchia, the city’s most iconic and photographed beach, is just 500 meters away. Within a few minutes on foot, you can also reach Carlo V Castle, the Old Port, and Monopoli Cathedral. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, and the coastline offers many other small coves and equipped beach clubs within easy reach. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and is laid out on a single level. The entrance opens onto a functional kitchen equipped with a cooktop, oven, and pantry.This leads to two living areas: one with a dining table, chairs, Smart TV, and a French sofa bed; the other with a double sofa (hidden) the back of the apartment, you'll find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Three balconies complete the property: one overlooks the Church of Santa Teresa, another faces Vico Arco Oscuro, and the last one—facing the inner courtyard of the building—has a small table and two chairs. The property is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and cannot be accessed by car. On request, a private open-air parking space is available nearby for €30 per day. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 4th 2025 and April 15th 2025 included.
