The flat is bright, cosy, fully furnished with all amenities. Bedroom A is overlooking the street and is connected to the living room, bedroom B is overlooking to the garden and has its on walk-in closet. They are completely separated in the apartment, making it very easy to share the space in harmony. Our communal garden belongs to the house, a rarity in the city and the perfect hideaway place from the city’s noise. The rental price is 890€ / month (water, cable TV and WI-FI included) + common cost 100€ / month (includes heating and electricity). The minimum stay is 6 months.
