### English Version (German Version follows) ### # The Apartment The apartment is located in beautiful Neukölln in a quiet location, only a few minutes walk from the Maybach Ufer/Landwehr Canal, around local cafes, restaurants and shops. This is an accessible apartment on the ground floor in the rear building: there is a small step up to enter the building and a small step down to enter the apartment. There is a dedicated space for strollers, wheelchairs and bikes, at the entrance to the apartment as well as in the yard. It is bright, has wooden floors and is modern and timelessly furnished, with a private garden in the common yard area. The Kitchen is newly built-in and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, steam collector, fridge, oven and all appliances. The apartment is very quiet, facing the inner yard. # Location The apartment is located in the district Neukölln, at the border to Kreuzberg, only a few minutes to the canal and the popular Maybachufer/Landwehr Canal and directly at the Reuterplatz. Quiet, green, beautiful shops and cafés and hip Berlin charm wherever you look. Schönleinstr underground is only 5 minutes away, Hermannplatz is 10 minutes by foot. # Please Note The 2 rooms can be used either as a 2-rooms flatshare with no living room, or for a couple or a small family, as a living room and bedroom. All the rooms are newly furnished and there is fast WiFi. Needless to mention, Anmeldung is possible. Pets are welcome, smoking is not allowed...
