It is an exterior apartment on a high floor, with balconies overlooking the street, very bright, and with a beautiful view over the Almagro neighborhood. The building has a lift, doorman, and access for the disabled by means of a chair-lift (it has steps to access the building). It is located in a very elegant and residential area of Madrid, close to luxurious restaurants, galleries, terraces, shops, bars, and tapas bars. The entrance hall opens into an entrance hall which has a glass cabinet with glassware. Then there is a large living/dining room with an integrated open plan kitchen, with 2 large windows that bring a lot of light into the room and from where you can see the beautiful view over the neighborhood. To the left is the U-shaped kitchen, all in white with a dark stone top, which hides all the latest appliances. Dividing the kitchen from the entrance hall is a high counter with 3 golden benches for dining. To the right of the entrance hall, there are two large wooden sliding doors lacquered in white and embossed, which hide two cupboards, one with plenty of storage space, the other with integrated washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and other cleaning utensils. In the adjoining hallway is the guest toilet whose sliding door is a mirror reflecting the light coming in through the windows. The living area is divided from the bedrooms by a thick sliding door of white lacquered wood that isolates the bedrooms from the social area. The first bedroom is on the left and has two single beds, a glass cabinet, and a large built-in wardrobe. Next is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and glass enclosure. All the floors of the flat are wooden except for the bathrooms which are tiled. The building has a doorman and a lift. The heating is by community radiator and there is central air-conditioning with control for each room. The second bedroom is on the right-hand side and has a large bed of 1.80 x 2.00, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is at the end and has a 1.80 x 2.00 double bed with bedside tables, an armchair with a side table, large fitted wardrobes, a Smart TV on the wall, and the en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, and glass-enclosed shower tray. Es un exterior en una planta alta, con balcones a la calle, muy iluminado y con bella vista sobre el barrio de Almagro. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, portero físico y acceso para minusválidos mediante silla-elevador (tiene escalones para acceder al edificio). Se encuentra en una zona muy elegante y residencial de Madrid, cerca de lujosos restaurantes, galerías, terrazas, comercios, bares y zonas de tapeo. Al entrar se accede a un vestíbulo de entrada que tiene un mueble vitrina con cristalería. Luego se abre una gran sala / comedor con cocina americana integrada, con 2 grandes ventanales que brindan mucha luz al ambiente y por donde puede verse la bella vista sobre el barrio. A la izquierda está la cocina en forma de U, toda en blanco con tope de piedra oscura, que esconde todos los electrodomésticos de última generación. Divide la cocina del vestíbulo de entrada, un mesón alto con 3 bancos dorados para comer. A la derecha del vestíbulo de entrada hay dos grandes puertas corredizas de madera laqueadas en blanco y con relieve, que esconden sendos armarios, uno con mucho espacio de almacenaje, y el otro con la lavadora/secadora integrada, plancha y mesa de planchar, y demás utensilios de limpieza.
