"DESCRIPTION A cozy, very quiet, and bright flat in the Antón Martín area bordering the Barrio de Las Letras and Lavapies, one of the busiest and most multicultural areas of the city, surrounded by culture, commerce, and energy. Located on Calle Magdalena, just a few steps from the metro and the famous Antón Martín market, home to culinary surprises and fresh produce. The flat is refurbished and well-decorated, taking care of the colors and spaces to create a very pleasant atmosphere. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. As it is interior to a large courtyard with a garden, and being a high floor, it has silence and light, things very appreciated for the area. It faces south, so the sun is abundant in winter and sufficient in summer. On entering the house there is a hallway with a coat hanger and a shelf, with the kitchen at the back and the living/dining room to the right. In the middle of this corridor is the spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a dark blue double sofa-bed, a round dining table with 4 chairs in white and wood, a medium-sized TV on the wall, and a book and utility cabinet. It has a full-length window with a nice view over the rooftops. From the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00, with fitted wardrobes and a large window with the same view as the living room. All bed linen and towels are provided for all occupants of the property. The kitchen is linear in cream and white, with full kitchenware for 6 people and modern appliances (cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer). The water heater is electric. At the back, there is a double metal shelf which also serves as a decorative element. EQUIPMENT 32′′ flat screen TV in the living room.
