Walking distance also to Kallio with plenty of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Apartment is fully renovated in December 2021. Bedroom is fully furnished! Kitchen is fully furnished and has all kitchenware also. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. You are sharing the apartment with 2-3 other guys. In addition to rent water fee of 25 € / month is charged. Electricity and wifi included in the rent. Please note: I will not reply to people using a standard, pre-written request.
