In your room (NUMBER 3 IN THE FLOOR PLAN) you will find a comfortable double bed, a chill area with a couch, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace). In the apartment you have everything you need (washing-machine, hair drier....) and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price (All-In), so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. The huge flat has a big living area, a very nice living-kitchen, 2 bathrooms a balcony. The area around is one of the best in Graz and really perfect for young people to explore the city and to connect with your roomies.
