It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchen instruments Although the windows overlook an inner courtyard, it is really very bright. It is ideal for students, workers and families up to 4 members. - Location: It is located in the center of Barcelona in a privileged area very close to Las Ramblas. The port is 5 minutes away on foot and the Drassanes metro station 3 minutes away. - Terms: - Bed sheets and towels are included. - Expenses are not included and will depend on the consumption - If the apartment is not clean or in good condition at the end of the stay, € 150 will be deducted from the deposit to cover cleaning.
