Description

This listing is for 2 (two people) renting one room with the use of one bathroom in my apartment. I am renting a room in a large apartment on the ground floor. The rent rate is intended for 2 people. This room is part of a three bedroom apartment with a spacious living/dining room, 2 baths, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a very nice patio/garden with trees and flowers. The patio is available to the tenants. The room I am renting is very spacious, 20 square meters, and has two twin size beds that could easily be put together to make a king size bed. The room is provided with 2 large closets, drawers, lots of shelves and a desk with 4 drawers. It is bright and very quiet. Central heat is on from 2P.M till 10 P.M. from November 25 till March 15 (the dates might change due to the weather, but that depends on the administration of the building). How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
