My place is a small simple attico in el Carmen, super cosy and central. The building is very very old waiting to be reformed...based on Spanish timing... It s a 3° floor without elevator. Very central but super quite at night. Just around the corner, restaurants, bars and shops and 3 supermarkets. At 200mt there is Mercado Central and at 100mt Plaza del Tossal. Perfect for 2 young people because there are steep old stairs, as told before, we are waiting to start reforming the facade and interior stairs. This is the only reason I m writing "fitted for younger people" The bedroom has AC converter (warm and cold) and for the rest of the space there are an electric radiator, a butane stove and a small radiator in the bathroom for winter time. A small kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. An interior terrace with table perfect for eating outside. Extra space with a double futon is located on the "Altillo" 1. Water bills included up to 30,00€ per month and WiFi included too. The rest has to be paid a part, according with the bills. Please note: the 80,00 euros final cleaning has to be considered as basic cleaning. All things left, waste, empty bags, boxes or other personal stuff are considered as an extra cleaning work, to be pay a part and deducted from the deposit. 2. Bedsheet set and towels is provided under request. 3. For the short stay, below the 3 weeks stay, the price could be a little bit higher. Please, feel free to ask for the specific amount. NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE ACCEPTED PLEASE NOTE: in March due to the FALLAS Celebrations, the month rent will be increased of €300,00 at you arrival, or anytime between 07th up to March 20th. Same increasing of €300,00 it will be in AUGUST at you arrival, anytime between 07th up to 17th I usually rent for a max months, but feel free to contact me if you want to stay longer....

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
