Description

We rent our furnished studio, located on 2nd floor of our house. We are living in a quiet street close to the Atomium landmark (Lakensestraat in 1853 Grimbergen). Everything is available, you only would need to bring towels and bed sheets. You can rent short or long term, however minimum 3 months. The studio can be canceled with 1 month notice periode from either party. The studio is for 1 person only, no couples or roomates allowed. Also smoking and pets are not allowed, sorry. Please notice that you CANNOT register yourself on this address. Conncetions to Brussels city center are good, reachable via tram no.3 within 25 minutes or via bus. Within 3 min you are on the highway E40 (ring) or A19 direction Antwerp. Parking is free of charge on the street. Supermarkets, restaurants are in walking distance. The furnished studio is 242. We ask 515€/month for the studio and on top 75€ monthly side costs for electricity, water, gas, internet, biweekly cleaning of apart shower and toilet (which you would share with another studio located on the 2nd floor), toilet paper and garbage bags.
