Wifi speed is up to 100mbit. ◉ all inclusive rent (heating, electricity, wifi, water, taxes, furnitures, all showed amenities) - NO ADDITIONAL COSTS! 🏠 The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV, a designer sofa with a headrest, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove and all the necessary utensils such as plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. The interior is both functional and high-end. In winter it's perfectly warm because of the floor heating, in summer it's perfectly cool because this apartment is located north sided and trees are in front. 🔑 Take over the keys and enjoy life! Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
