The apartment is located in the central suburb of Unterbilk, one of the most modern and interesting areas of Düsseldorf, on the Konkordiastraße on the 1st floor with elevator. All shops for daily needs located on Lorettostrasse, on the Bilker Allee and in the Bilker Arcaden (shopping mall, swimming pool and gym) are within walking distance. Visit the nice little restaurants and Cafeswhich are close to the flat and the modern Medienhafen. You have a very good connection to the public transport (tram, suburban train station, bus stops and taxi rank) for further destinations....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
