The studio has a small balcony overlooking the green and quiet backyard. The room is furnished with a comfortable single-bed that can be extended to a 1,40m bed and a sofa-bed. There is also a desk and a closet. Bed linen, towels are free of charge. The apartment is located in the central suburb of Unterbilk, one of the most modern and interesting areas of Düsseldorf, on the Konkordiastraße on the 1st floor with elevator. All shops for daily needs located on Lorettostrasse, on the Bilker Allee and in the Bilker Arcaden (shopping mall, swimming pool and gym) are within walking distance. Visit the nice little restaurants and Cafeswhich are close to the flat and the modern Medienhafen. You have a very good connection to the public transport (tram, suburban train station, bus stops and taxi rank) for further destinations....
