The apartment is entirely renovated but most of the original 1912 tiles were retained. One double bed, perfect for one person or a couple. We are close to many restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. This is our home, but we will be absent and are interested in renting to cover costs. Our apartment faces the street (3rd floor with a small elevator). Air conditioner/heater split, double paned windows, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, oven (my husband is a chef) washing machine, alarm system, separate filtered drinking water, Sonos sound system (6 speakers), 600 mb internet, ceiling fan (reverse direction possible) and a Japanese-style bidet toilet. No smoking. No parties. No musical instruments. Pets negotiable. We will cover the electric bill up to 85€ and 35€ for water (our usual cost-we ask you to pay any difference) If you have a car, we have an underground secured parking space 900m from the listing's address, and we can negotiate a price. There is also an underground public parking garage 40 m from our front door....
