This is our home, but we will be absent and are interested in renting to cover costs. Our apartment faces the street (3rd floor with a small elevator). We will cover the electric bill up to 85€ and 35€ for water (our usual cost-we ask you to pay any difference) If you have a car, we have an underground secured parking space 900m from the listing's address, and we can negotiate a price.
