Location of the building is 'Mitsaki & Papanastasiou, 54453, Thessaloniki' It has a big balcony at 1.8 meter length, and it is found on the 2nd floor of the building. Also, it has all electric appliances, washing machine, bed linen & kitchen utensils. The neighbourhood has all the facilities around (supermarket, market place, bakery, tavern, cafe, bus station) at a distance of 50 meter. Also, the area is really close to the bus station that goes to city centre and University Campus. Available exclusively for 1 student, 480,00 euros/ month. Studio is ideal for Erasmus Students coming in Thessaloniki for Spring Semester 2023 or for internship at Cedefop in the south of the city. In the price are included all bills (maintenance, water, heating and WiFi) except from electricity bill. Cleaning service is also available every two weeks with cost 20 euros/ time. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
