ROOM ONLY FOR STUDENTS AND ONLY FOR GIRLS The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 330 nights. Before confirming your reservation, we will need to know: - Age and studies. - Place where you study or where you work or do internships (name and address of that enterprise). - Telephone and email. - Family emergency phone number. This well-located room in a shared apartment has a traditional twist to it. The bedroom is decorated with traditional furniture and it also has ample closet space. The spacious kitchen consists of a gas stove and a microwave. Overall the common area is extremely spacious. It is decorated with a wall unit, comfortable sofa and a dining room table. It also has a flat screen tv, making it a cosy space for you to unwind after a long stressful day. The apartment has a dim lighted bathroom, with lights fixed to the mirror. A spacious bathtub , toilet and storage space. The huge balcony makes for a relaxing place to hang out with the owner of the flat, an old women super nice. Metro lines 2 and 3 connect the apartment to the rest to the city, even though it is already quite central, these lines make it further accessible and easy to live in. 8.-Arrivals policy: Monday to Friday: 15h - 18:30: Free of charge 18:30 - 21:00: 30€ 21:00 - 23:00: 50€ 23h or after: under request Weekends and public holidays: 15h - 21:00: 30€ 21:00 - 23:00: 50€ 23h or after: under request ** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine. - The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar). - We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay).
