This characteristic apartment is located in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and close to the most interesting Florentine museums and all the shopping streets. It is located a short distance from the Santa Maria Novella station and the tramway stop, you will not need a car for your stay in Florence. Please note that: - All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking. - Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent.
