It has a large living area and a comfortable double bed on the mezzanine, as well as a sofa bed for one person. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. We are waiting for you to spend your holidays in Florence! The apartment is located in the San Frediano district, in the most authentic part of the historic center of Florence. From here you can walk to the most interesting points of interest Florence, and you can also enjoy restaurants, bars, and old artisan shops. The neighborhood is full of life! The property is surrounded by a handful of businesses, stores, cafes, restaurants, landmarks, and tons more to see! In this area, there is the bus stop, the nearby park, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out! + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
